Tyra was spotted on the streets of New York filming an episode of The Tyra banks Show with Twilight star Robert Pattinson. They seem to be having fun. Also Joining in on the fun was Pattinson's co star, Taylor Lautner.

McKey is America's next top model. And "America's Next Top Model" is the key to the CW's current and future success.
The hit reality show had its season 11 finale last night, and Brittany Sullivan -- known more by her middle name, McKey -- won the competition as the show won 21% more viewers than its season average in the ad-centric adult 18-49 demographic. Strutting a 2.3/7 rating and share, it finished third in the timeslot, well above series that were supposed to be models in attracting young viewers.

Isis King, the first transgender contestant on "America¹s Next Top Model," is surprised by The Tyra Banks Show with the opportunity to have her dream of sex reassignment surgery come true.
Isis King, the 22-year-old who was born as a male named Darrell Walls, went
from living in a homeless shelter to being a contestant on cycle 11 of
"America¹s Next Top Model" after participating in a photo shoot during cycle
10 of the show.
Following are excerpted quotes from this interview scheduled to be broadcast
on The Tyra Banks Show. Credit must be given to The Tyra Banks Show.
King, who would not allow America¹s Next Top Model to show pictures of
herself before her gender transformation, shares with The Tyra Banks Show
never before seen photos from when she was still a male and explains her
reasons for not sharing them before.

King: "Me personally I look at it like yes, I'm the first transgender
contestant, but okay lets move past it now. I didn't want it to turn into the transgender. I'm just a woman trying to compete just like everyone else."

King: "Me trying to go forward with my career and mainstream, it¹s going to
be talked about. So now if I put it out, what¹s the point? It's not going to
keep getting talked about."

King, who is a pre-op transgender, also talks with The Tyra Banks Show about being uncomfortable in the pool photos on America's Next Top Model, which ultimately got her sent home, because she has not had her sex reassignment surgery yet.

King: "I haven't had my surgery yet it's hard. I really try not to really
think about it. I try not to think about it on the show [ANTM]. I try not
to think about it because it is something I'm really passionate about and I
feel like I really was born in the wrong body and it's just the one thing
that makes me feel uncomfortable."

King tells The Tyra Banks Show she has not had the surgery yet due to her
lack of finances.

King: "It¹s just the finances, It costs a lot of money, between $20,000 and
$35,000."

King is almost speechless when The Tyra Banks Show surprises her with a
special guest who is one of the leading gender reassignment surgeons and who has actually experienced the surgery herself, Dr. Marci Bowers, who offers to evaluate King and perform the surgery for her.

King: "This is not happening. [I feel] Like I¹m about to wake up."

Supermodel and American television personality, Tyra Banks, will have another reality show on television sooner, entitled "True Beauty". Banks does her first collaboration with Ashton Kutcher to make a 'beauty pageant' competition show which is confirmed to air in January 2009.

Banks, "America's Next Top Model" creator, has made "True Beauty" as a brand new reality show that differs with many other shows, regarding its theme of viewing the inner beauty from a group of people. ABC as the network which broadcast the show gives a statement, read "a beauty pageant unlike any you've ever seen."

In every week, the show will revolve around the life of six women and four men who are being placed in the same mansion in Los Angeles and face challenges. Then the judges panel which consists of celebrities will find out who has the biggest inner beauty. The show will air regularly at 10 P.M. for 60-minute timeslot every Mondays.

The contestants compete in their first challenge in the third episode of "The Tyra Banks Show" Modelville, the first ever reality show in a talk show where former America's Next Top Model contestants Fatima, Dominique, Bianca, Lauren and Renee are all competing for a $50,000 contract with Carol's Daughter.

Following are excerpted quotes from this interview scheduled to be broadcast on The Tyra Banks Show.

In the first Modelville challenge the contestants are asked to record a
commercial trying to sell a black coffee cup in less than three minutes.
After the competition the contestants are asked to watch everyone's
commercial and vote on a challenge winner. Lauren refused to participate in this challenge.

Lauren: I joined this to pursue modeling not acting so I was stuck in the
fact that I don't want to act For me to fake it like that it seemed like I
was making a mockery out of an art form.

Dominique and Bianca also become upset when the small gathering at the Modelville house becomes out of control when Lauren's friends trash the house by throwing food on the floor, production tapes in the toilet and writing graffiti on the walls.

Lauren justifies her friends and guests behavior by telling The Tyra Banks Show, they were upset they were denied use of the personal bathrooms.

Lauren: Yeah they got pissed. I mean, there was a reason why they got
pissed because she [Bianca] told them when they got there that they couldn't use the bathroom, They wanted to destroy everything because of how they were judged.

The Modelville girls also tell The Tyra Banks Show being separated from
their family and loved ones is beginning to take its toll. Renee, whose husband is in the audience, tells The Tyra Banks Show her husband has trust issues with her modeling and the distance during her participation in Modelville isn't helping their situation.

Renee: I feel like he's insecure because he thinks that if I make it really
big that maybe there won't be room for him. There always will be room for him.

Fatima, who desperately wants her seven younger brothers and sisters in Somalia to find refugee in the U.S., tells The Tyra Banks Show she has
reached out to several organizations and met with people from the U.N.

Fatima: It makes me feel helpless because they are so far away and my father calls me and says, I can't feed the children. They're so beautiful and I want to give them the life I have here.

Bianca Golden also tells The Tyra Banks Show her family was upset she spoke about the airport incident with Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky's family.

Bianca: My family wasn't too happy with it because they're very private
people. They really didn't care to talk about it because they want to deal
with it and let it go. So, the fact that I spoke out about it, they were a
little bit upset with me because they're like, We can handle this, we don't need people feeling bad for us. What's right is right, it will come out eventually.

With election day just three days away, Tyra Banks is throwing her support behind Democratic Sen. Barack Obama.

"Throughout this historic presidential campaign, I have been inspired by Senator Barack Obama and his message of change," the talk-show host said in a statement. "I believe he will uplift all Americans during these critical times. I will be voting for Obama because I feel America is not only ready for this change, we are in need of it."

In September, Tyra was featured in Harper's Bazaar posing as Michelle Obama with a Barack look-a-like in the Oval Office.

Tyra Banks makes it her mission to help women on her daily talk show, but she didn’t always exhibit such model behavior.

“In elementary school, I was the mean girl,” she tells OK!. “I would kick girls out of our group and make them go play with the non-popular kids.

"I was pretty bad,” she confessed.

Tyra, 34, whose DVD The Clique hits stores Nov. 18, blames her brother for her conduct.

“He was such a bully that I used to get my power back at school,” said the host America's Next Top Model and the Tyra Banks Show.

So, what changed? Tyra turned into a tall, skinny teenager!

“I became the freak, the weirdo that everyone would stare at,” she said.

Tensions run high in the second episode of Modelville, the reality series within "The Tyra Banks Show," following the journey of some of the most popular America¹s Next Top Model contestants as they pursue their modeling careers and their personal lives. In the premiere episode, which aired on October 8, 2008, we followed Fatima Siad (Cycle 10), Renee (Cycle 8), Dominique (Cycle 10), Lauren (Cycle 10), and Bianca (Cycle 9) as they arrived at their NYC Modelville apartment where they will compete for a spokesmodel contract for beauty brand Carol's Daughter worth $50,000!
In the second episode airing tomorrow, Tuesday October 21st, Lisa price, founder of beauty brand Carol's Daughter, visits the Modelville house and assigns each girl a beauty product. Each girl works on their project creating, producing, and starring in a 30 second commercial for her product. Renee goes to a Lisa speaking engagement, Bianca researches at Carol's Daughter.com, Fatima goes to a Carol's Daughter store, and Lauren and Dominique try out the products. Back at the house, tempers flare when Renee takes offense to Bianca's opinion of her past troubled family life. And with a $50,000 Carol's Daughter spokesmodel job on the line, Bianca and Dominique step into even more drama when they¹re reprimanded for being late for a challenge.

Tyra Banks ought to be working on the twelfth cycle of America's Next Top Model now. A snitch who works at a restaurant she frequents leaked some top-secret ANTM info to a blogger. The eyewitness says Tyra sometimes comes in twice a week, always with the same man who works in finance she sometimes kisses on the lips. (It's probably her alleged boyfriend, investment banker John Utendahl.) But who cares about PDA when Tyra was overheard on the phone talking about ANTM?!

"On to Top Model news: she was on the phone most of her dinner with I’m assuming a producer from the show. She was mentioning the girls arriving in San Paolo. Getting Samba dancers and batacuda drummers to meet them on their arrival. A photo shoot with masks was mentioned (is this new crop so ugly she wants to hid their faces??).”

Ooooooh! Spoilers! We see a risqu� swimsuit shoot in those contestants' futures. We hope there's a token religious girl who cries and bitches about it and gets sent home. That said, we also hope this totally random eyewitness account is accurate.

I have added the Infamous may 1992 issue of Vogue Magazine that Tyra shot with Naomi Campbell and Beverly Peele. The reason I referred to it as infamous was because Tyra accused Naomi of having her kicked off the photoshoot after an argument on the boat.

"I was very seasick on that boat... and you came and you sat down next to me... and you're like, `Sweetie, are you OK?'

"Then you said, `I have to ask you something... Do they try to make you look like me?' I said, `I don't know about so much now but, in L.A., yeah, they really do, with the short black wigs' and you got up, pushed me away and said, `I thought so!'

"You turned. You went from (being) the sweetest woman who was giving me vitamins to someone that terrified me on that trip.

'Top Model' Spinoff to Walk Runway

Executives at The CW say a spinoff of the U.S. TV network's hit series, "America's Next Top Model," will begin production soon.

The Hollywood Reporter said Friday that network executives have ordered a pilot episode of "Operation Fabulous," which will feature "Top Model" mainstays Jay Manuel and J. Alexander.

The new fashion-based reality series will follow its two stars as they attempt to transform five participants into high-fashion stars.

"Model" host Tyra Banks will be the executive producer for "Fabulous" through her Bankable Productions, while "Model" co-chief Ken Mok will earn executive producer credits through 10x10 Entertainment.

Kristina Productions will also help produce the pilot for the third fashion-themed series from Banks and Mok, the Reporter said.

The trade publication noted the fashion pair already work together on "Model" and have combined their talents for the upcoming new CW series, "Stylista."

"Growing up, I didn't think I was pretty, but I didn't think I was unattractive. Then I hit a stage where I definitely felt very unattractive. I grew three inches and lost 40 pounds in 90 days. It was just this crazy growth spurt. I felt like a freak: people would stare at me in the grocery store. Eventually, my face and body started to change. On my first day of high school, a girl came up to me and said, "Have you ever thought about modeling?" I thought she was crazy, but I decided to try it. My first modeling job was for a magazine called Black Collegiate. I was so excited because there was a little picture of me on the cover, above the title."

LOL, what?, what kind of gift is that?. This is another reason for people to think Tyra always make everything about her. Tyra was one of the celebs that turned up at Miley Cyrus's huge birthday celebration at disneyland. Unfortunately not much photo of Tyra was taken, apparently, she didn't want to be photographed which probably explains why she skipped the red carpet. Happy Birthday to Miley Cyrus, even though her real birthday is in November I heard. I'm not a fan but if Tyra can show up at her birthday, she just got 2% interesting in my book.

Rachael Ray and Tyra Banks Team Up to Launch 'If You Can ... We Can' to Help Supply Emergency Food to Hungry New Yorkers

As a response to the sluggish economy and the skyrocketing price of food, the New York based RACHAEL RAY and "The Tyra Banks Show" have joined forces to help the more than 1 million New Yorkers who access emergency food each year. Both shows are challenging their daily audience members to bring healthy canned goods to the tapings that will be donated to City Harvest, an organization that helps feed over 260,000 New Yorkers each week.
The goal of the "If You Can ... We Can" program is to collect more than 20,000 cans of food from audience members before the Thanksgiving holiday on November 27th. This supports one of the core work areas of Ray's nonprofit organization, Yum-o!, which is feeding hungry kids and raising awareness about the issue of hunger in America.
Helping surpass that goal are program partners Del Monte, which will make a donation to City Harvest of 50,000 canned goods and Boston Market, that has agreed to provide more than 8,000 pounds of fresh poultry to be used in New York City food pantries and soup kitchens.
"You can't turn on the news without seeing a story about how the economy is taking its toll on people and in this climate more and more are in need of food that they can no longer afford," says Rachael Ray, host of Emmy Award-winning RACHAEL RAY. "With the demand for emergency food increasing, these organizations have had to drastically reduce portion size or limit their operating hours -- they simply cannot accommodate the increased need. As television personalities, we have the ability to raise awareness about this issue and make a meaningful dent in this problem."
"New Yorkers are incredibly resilient and understand the importance of pooling their resources in order to do good for others," says Tyra Banks, host of the Emmy Award-winning "The Tyra Banks Show." "There are so many people who unfortunately can't always put food on the table for themselves or their loved ones. It's my hope that our efforts will bring about the necessary attention the ongoing issue of hunger in New York City deserves. By teaming up with Rachael's show, we have committed to making sure that this issue is getting the support that it needs. 'Top Model' walking Oxygen's runway

Oxygen has acquired exclusive cable rerun rights to "America's Next Top Model" from CBS Television Distribution.

The deal means that "Top Model" repeats will move from MTV Networks' MTV and VH1 starting in January. Oxygen has acquired rights to the full library of the reality competition series, including current and future cycles. The CW series is now in its 11th cycle and is in production on the 12th.

It's still to be determined when and how often "Top Model," hosted by Tyra Banks, will air on Oxygen, but the show is a good fit with the network's schedule: Oxygen also airs repeats of Banks' talk show "The Tyra Banks Show," and its original series include "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency," starring the former "Top Model" judge.

Cheers to America's Next Top Model for looking good again. Tyra Banks' reality staple had seemingly reached the end of its creative runway, but the 11th cycle has proven surprisingly fierce. Casting the transgendered Isis could've been a stunt, but she's an intriguing competitor, and the impressively diverse field ranges from a wide-eyed but small-minded Alaskan (Hannah) to a tattooed, sexually ambiguous Angelina Jolie lookalike (Elina). With Project Runway stuck in a season-long malaise -- hello, Suede? -- it's good to see Tyra and Co. are back in fashion.

Tyra was looking stunning at the 2008 Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Phenom Awards. Finally, she got the look right, the make up is subtle, the dress looks amazing on her. I have nothing bad to say about her look.

Us Weekly is pleased to announce its second annual list of the 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers.
They will be honored at a bash in the Big Apple, hosted by Tyra Banks.

On another note, I totally appreciate all the messages you guys have been sending me, it totally makes me feel good and makes me love running this site more. the one problem I have is that people still think I am Tyra Banks, I am not Tyra, I wish I were but I'm not, this is a fansite. Some of you have even spilled your guts to me, and as awful as your stories, I can't help because I'm not tyra.
